Had an awesome time relaxing by the stunning pool and enjoying the amazing body treatments at the spa. The beachfront access was nice to unwind, although the trek to the dining area could get a bit tiring. I really loved my stay, just wish there were more variety in the beach snacks! 🌊

The spa facilities were enjoyable, while the beach area felt overcrowded.

missingWrote a review on 09 Julhygiene issues
Getting from the beach to the dining area is a significant trek, around 0.5 miles uphill, with only one small golf cart serving guests, which often leads to long waits. The dining experience can be chaotic with overcrowding, and there's an evident issue with hygiene in some dining facilities, including dirty or cracked glassware that might concern health-conscious guests. the beach itself, being small and made of a stone-sand mix, may not be suitable for younger children looking for traditional beach access.

great stay but a few inconveniences
The food variety was outstanding. I particularly enjoyed grilled prawns and meat dishes. The beach area was well-maintained, with facilities like showers and a bar. Staff were generally helpful, especially the reception manager, who made our check-in smooth. I also appreciated the cleanliness throughout the resort. it added a pleasant touch to my stay.

The beach at Grand Oasis, although a bit gritty, offered fantastic snorkeling. Tropical fish swam all around, and I felt safe floating without a life vest due to the salty water. Water shoes are a must for walking on the beach, especially for kids. The buffet food impressed me, with plentiful cakes and a dedicated kids' section where my children always found something to enjoy. The cleanliness throughout the hotel was commendable. Entertainment in the evenings leaned towards a mix of activities, but I found venturing into Naama Bay for dinner and shopping to be a rewarding change. getting to the dining area from the beach was quite a trek, taking around 0.5 miles, which was inconvenient, especially in the heat. some of the snacks by the beach were repetitive and not very appealing. I think more variety in beach snacks would enhance the experience. Staff interactions varied. some were genuinely attentive, while others seemed overly pushy for tips. Although we tipped for good service, it felt forced at times. while I appreciated the environment and facilities, a few adjustments could significantly improve guest experience.
